CINER was founded in New York City in 1892 and is known as being the only company that converted from producing fine jewelry to costume exclusively. 125-years later, CINER remains family-owned and operated business and the only surviving costume jewelry company left in New York City that designs, manufactures, and produces each piece by hand at a single site! Numerous celebrities love and collect Ciner jewelry, including Elizabeth Taylor and Queen Sofia, to name a few.
